The one-ingredient lactose-free protein drink contains 90% protein, the source of which is 97% whey protein isolate (WPI). It has a high protein content, a minimum amount of fat and carbohydrates and is lactose-free. 1 dose (30 g) contains up to 3.5 g of L-leucine and 4.5 g of L-glutamine. It is characterized by fast absorption (approx. 1-2 hours), which ensures an extremely fast supply of amino acids into the bloodstream and the subsequent start of the anabolic process. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:

PREPARATION:
