Recommended dosage of the product TYROSINE: dose according to weight.
* up to 50 kg 2 capsules,
* up to 75 kg 3 capsules
* over 75 kg 4 capsules
* 30 - 40 min. before physical activity.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Drink plenty of water.
