The use of the product should be combined with physical activity.

Recommended dosage of THERMOBOOSTER COMPRESSED CAPS: take 1-2 capsules daily. Always on an empty stomach before a meal or 30 minutes before physical activity. Take 2-3 months and then give a 3 week break. The maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not take before bed. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use of THERMOBOOSTER COMPRESSED CAPS: swallow the capsules according to the recommended dosage and drink plenty of water. Alcoholic and dairy drinks are not suitable. Don't bite the capsule!
