Recommended dosage: A dose of 50 g is suitable as breakfast or a snack in the morning and afternoon, always at least 90 minutes apart from the next regular meal. It can also be taken after physical activity. Maximum 2 doses per day.
Usage: 50 g = one serving. Pour the contents of the bag into a suitable container, pour 100 ml of hot (not boiling) water and mix. Cold water can also be used. After opening the bag, the product is intended for immediate consumption.
Warning: Protein porridge enriched with vitamins. It is not intended for children under 3 years of age. Store out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from heat, frost and moisture.
