Pure crystalline form of L-glutamine in the form of practical capsules. L-glutamine is one of the most frequently occurring amino acids in skeletal muscle and is sought after for supplementing amino acids to support the formation of muscle mass and their protection.

Recommended dosage of GLUTAMINE COMPRESSED CAPS:

* Training days: take 3 capsules immediately after training.
* Non-training days: take 3 capsules in the evening before going to bed.
* The maximum daily dose is 3 capsules. Drink plenty of water. 
* The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.

Glutamine in the form of capsules. It is the fastest synthesized amino acid in the human body and also the most represented amino acid in muscle tissue.
