Isotonic drink with maltodextrin, minerals and vitamins, with creatine and ginseng.
Food supplement in powder form intended for the preparation of an isotonic drink. Magnesium and potassium help with muscle function. Ginseng has a tonic effect and is recommended in case of physical and mental fatigue. Creatine increases physical performance in endurance activities with high intensity and short duration. Ideally used before, during and after physical activity.

Ingredients: dextrose, maltodextrin, creatine monohydrate, citric acid; sodium citrate, colors: curcumin, beetroot; potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, sodium chloride, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate; sweetener: sucralose; standardized ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Instructions for use: Take 1 dose (30g powder in 500 ml of water) before or during training. If necessary, it can also be used after training to support regeneration and restore glycogen.
Recommended daily dose: take 1 serving per day (30g).
