Cocoa solids min. 54%), butter (milk), water, dates, almonds 5%, hazelnuts 3.5%, organic sunflower seeds 2.7%, organic pumpkin seeds 1.9%, coconut, gingerbread spice. May contain pieces of nut shells and kernels.
