Ashwagandha
The withania somnifera plant, or ashwagandha, is a small shrub with yellow flowers that is native to India and Southeast Asia. It is one of the most powerful herbs of Ayurvedic medicine, also known as "Indian ginseng". In Ayurvedic medicine, it is used to support energy, vitality, physical stamina and mental well-being.
Bacopa monieri
It is a small creeping herb that is popular in traditional Indian or Ayurvedic medicine. In Ayurveda, it is commonly referred to as Brahmi, which translates as cosmic guidance. In folk medicine, it is sought after for the purpose of contributing to mental well-being, proper cognitive functions and support of concentration.
Bioperine®
A standardized extract from the fruits of Piper Nigrum is the only piperine product that has received patented status for its ability to increase the bioavailability of nutrients.
Recommended dosage: mix a dose of 15 g (1/2 measuring cup) in 250 ml of water. Take about 30 minutes before vigorous sports activity. During endurance activities, it is necessary to supplement this product with carbohydrates and other liquids (e.g. ISODRINX). The maximum dose is 15 g. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and consume within 3 months.

Not suitable for children, pregnant or lactating women. Store out of reach of children! Protect from heat, frost and moisture. Undissolved particles may appear after mixing, which are not harmful.
