Recommended dosage: Up to 75 kg of body weight and for sensitive athletes, mix a dose of 8.5 g in 150 ml of water. For those over 75 kg of body weight or those with high training progress, mix a dose of 17 g in 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
