Use Energy Oat Bar before, during or after exercise. The bar contains a relatively high amount of fiber. With a long load, this bar is less suitable at the end due to the high fiber content. It would take too long for your body to process the fiber. Try to consume these types of products at the beginning of the load.
How to use
During sports, eat 1-2 bars per hour. Use depends on personal carbohydrate requirements. Do not eat too much solid food during exercise. For extra energy, combine Energy Oat Bar with Energy Drink.
Warning: Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store the product in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of small children.

Banana flavor: Oat malt flakes, fructose-glucose syrup, coconut oil, banana, isomaltulose (isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose), sorbitol syrup, WHEAT germ, linseed, linseed pectin, flavor. May contain traces of sesame seeds and nuts.
Coconut flavor: oat malt flakes, fructose-glucose syrup, coconut pieces, coconut oil, isomaltulose (isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose), sorbitol syrup, WHEAT germ, lemon linseed, apple pectin, aroma. May contain traces of sesame seeds and nuts.
Lemon flavor: oat malt flakes, fructose-glucose syrup, lemon peel, coconut oil, isomaltulose (isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose), sorbitol syrup, WHEAT germ, linseed, apple pectin, aroma. May contain traces of sesame seeds and tree nuts.
Sweet fig flavor: oat malt flakes, fructose-glucose syrup, figs, coconut oil, isomaltulose (isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose), sorbitol syrup, WHEAT germ, linseed, apple pectin, aroma. May contain traces of sesame seeds and nuts.
