Amacx Energy Drink On The Go energy drink, 31 g
Amacx Energy Drink helps replenish energy reserves during long training. This drink contains both glucose and fructose in a ratio of 2:1. This balance allows your body to absorb up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. In products without this ratio, your body can only absorb 60 grams per hour. This sports drink also contains added sodium and magnesium, which directly support your fluid balance. Available in lemon, berry and grape flavors.

How to use
Mix 31g of powder (2 level scoops) with 500ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to use. Your sports drink will then contain 30g of carbohydrates. During exercise, drink 1 bottle per hour. Use depends on personal carbohydrate and fluid needs. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of small children.
Composition
Maltodextrin, fructose, isomaltulose (isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose), electrolytes (sodium citrate, sodium chloride and magnesium citrate), aroma, acidity regulator (citric acid). May contain traces of milk, soy and eggs.
