Liposomal Vitamin D3 (3000 IU) is important for sufficient activity of immune cells, thereby contributing to the proper functioning of the immune system. It is also important for the proper absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, which contributes to maintaining healthy bones, teeth and muscles.
The biggest natural source of vitamin D3 is sunlight, fatty fish and some types of mushrooms.
