L-carnitine is a natural substance that is found naturally in the body. At high physical activity, its synthesis may decrease. Its main importance lies in mediating the supply of energy to skeletal muscle. It plays an important role in the oxidation and burning of fats in the body and their conversion into energy. L-carnitine is in the form of L-carnitine tartrate, which is better used than other forms of L-carnitine. the strongest effect when taken is on an empty stomach.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
1-3 kps this. The highest effectiveness is 2 to 6 hours after ingestion, so it is recommended to take it no later than 2 hours before training.
COMPOSITION:
L-carnitine tartrate, animal gelatin, colorant: titanium dioxide.
WARNING:
Not suitable for children under 8 years, pregnant and lactating women. Store in a dry environment, in a well-closed container at a temperature up to 25˚C, out of reach of small children. Do not expose to direct sunlight. It does not contain preservatives or synthetic dyes. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
