Inov-8 ALL TRAIN 215 (M)
If you are looking for a cross-training all-purpose shoe in which you can handle all workouts and the shoe will also serve as a leisure shoe, the ALL TRAIN 215 is here. The sole is composed of two different hard parts (dual-c), it is developed for a mix of different surfaces, primarily to offer the best contact on the artificial surface in the gym. In the heel part, it more effectively distributes the underfoot energy during running (terradapter), in the front part it enables effective rebound guidance (metaflex). The sole pattern is 3 mm deep and the larger area ensures excellent adhesion during longer runs on asphalt.
- Midsole parameters are heel 20mm, toe 12mm, drop 8mm, injected EVA Fusion midsole offers excellent stability, comfort, lightness, flexibility and shape stability.
- The upper is shaped on a moderately wide hoof (medium), it is perfectly breathable with a reinforced toe. In the heel part, the heel is stabilized by an external heel brace (EHC), which does not prevent the achilles from working naturally. the entire shoe is comfortably held on the instep by means of an external "cage" made of strong, synthetic material, which is followed by lacing (adapterfit). The transverse vault is therefore not limited by anything and can naturally work in the case of lifting dumbbells.
