It actively supports the arch of the foot, distributes the pressure on the mat, supports the cross-country skier's rebound, stability in the slide and cross-country control. It has an antibacterial, washable, abrasion-resistant surface. Thanks to the cushion in the forefoot (propulsion pad), it will improve the transfer of forces during the rebound.

How to use
- Select the original insert and cut your new Sidas insert accordingly
- Insert the new insole into the shoe
- Wash only with mild soap and a brush
- Do not dry on the radiator. For better drying, use Therm-ic shoe dryers with flowing air
