Why merino?
The basic feature of merino wool is its warmth, or the ability to absorb heat even when it is wet. This is because merino wool is able to absorb moisture up to 30% of its volume (compared to, for example, polyester, it is many times more) without significantly affecting its thermal insulation properties. Thus, there is no unpleasant, cooling sensation when sweating. Another important factor is the antibacterial ability of wool. The insoles made of merino wool do not smell even after long-term wear. During sports activities, the merino surface provides very good comfort, warmth and a feeling of cleanliness.

"I've been using merino insoles for several seasons. They found a place both in downhill boots and in normal footwear during the winter. I also liked them for winter cycling, when when driving to work not exceeding about 40 minutes, my legs don't get so cold that I need overshoes.

• Select the original insert and cut your new Sidas insert accordingly
• Insert the new insole into the shoe
• Wash only with mild soap and a brush
• Do not dry on the radiator.

• Select the original insert and cut your new Sidas insert accordingly
• Insert the new insole into the shoe
• Wash only with mild soap and a brush
• Do not dry on the radiator. For better drying, use Therm-ic shoe dryers with flowing air
