Sidas 3Feet Outdoor High insoles
Anatomical shoe inserts for feet with high arches. Insoles with orthopedic support of the longitudinal arch are intended for hiking and normal walking, as well as all outdoor activities where optimal foot support, breathability and comfort are required.
New construction of Sidas outdoor insoles. The skeleton is adapted to a high arch (3.4 cm), flexible and light comfortable construction for natural movement of the foot. The durable and breathable material together with the perforation under the forefoot wicks away moisture well, the heel EVA cushion and the anatomically shaped heel bed protect the foot and absorb shocks. The insole with its 3D construction, longitudinal and transverse arch support optimally distributes the pressure over the entire surface of the foot.
The 3Feet® concept, developed by Sidas, provides unparalleled comfort compared to a conventional insole. The shape of the shoe inserts is adapted to the height of the arch of your foot, and thus supports the correct posture and allows the foot to keep its natural shape.

How to use
- Select the original insert and cut your new Sidas insert accordingly
- Insert the new insole into the shoe
- Wash only with mild soap and a brush
- Do not dry on the radiator.
