Snow boots TSL 217/227 CAMO are designed for soft snow and powder. Their length in size 227 reaches up to 74 cm! Designed for moderately demanding terrain. TSL snowshoes of the 217/227 series have an increased load capacity of up to 140 kg, which you will appreciate if you are a piece of a man or have a large load for a long march.

• 2D frame design - one-piece molding of the frame from high-quality plastics "Made in French Alps". It contains 6 spikes made of pure steel - in hard snow, the spikes engage first, in hard, blown snow, plate overhangs/partitions engage, and in soft snow, the snowshoes are in contact with the entire surface. Thanks to the well-thought-out construction, the snowshoes are fully functional regardless of the snow conditions.
• STRAP TIGHTENING – there is a classic binding on the toe, where the tightening takes place by pulling on the textile strap.
• COMFORT STRAP – the strap around the ankle is designed to optimize pressure on the instep and increase comfort and support when walking. The strap is composed of softer and harder material to make it comfortable and strong at the same time.
• Heel - the option to use a heel while climbing, which makes walking more comfortable, less tiring and your achilles won't suffer.
• Locking of the binding - the snowshoes allow the blocking of the binding, so that bending in the binding joint is prevented and the snowshoe is firmly connected to the shoe.
• Practical packaging - the snowshoes are supplied with a textile packaging, which is suitable for their transport, storage and protects your other equipment from being cut by the spikes or teeth of the snowshoes.
• Front jaw - with each step, the front jaw with three stainless steel spikes extends at the tip, thanks to which you will not slip and will not waste energy unnecessarily.
• Hourglass shape - thanks to the ergonomic shape of the snowshoes, they fit together when walking, and it is not necessary to walk wide, nor is there a risk of the other snowshoe catching.
• Adjusting the binding size with a safety device - it is fast, safe and does not allow the binding to move while walking.
• Binding width adjustment - allows the use of snowshoes with shoes of different widths or snowboard boots.
• Tightening and loosening the strap around the ankle - can be done easily with one hand using the ratchet.
• Pre-adjustment of the strap around the ankle - possible thanks to the lock, so putting on the shoes is quick and comfortable, whether you use hiking or snowboard boots.
• Knock damper - it is located under the heel and eliminates the unpleasant sound when stepping on it.

Invest in snowshoes that will last you a really long time

You don't buy TSL snowshoes for 2 or 3 seasons, but for many demanding seasons. They are also used in rental companies for 10 to 15 years ! Their high durability lies in the quality of production, which takes place in the French Alps about an hour's drive from Chamonix. The production is in-house and, among other things, it also produces parts for the automotive industry or for AIRBUS aircraft manufacturers.

Honest materials and local sustainable production and service

The plastic granulate comes from the Netherlands and is also used for the production of ski boots. Another guarantee of a long service life is the availability of spare parts for a period of 20 years. Every part of the snowshoe can be unscrewed and replaced. Nothing is pressed because that would complicate the service. TSL snowshoes are again assembled in our own production in the city of Annecy, which is about 30 minutes away from the press factory. Local employees work here in a friendly atmosphere, some for more than 20 years.
