The use
The rotary control at the end of the lamp can be used to choose between lighting modes that have different controls.Tactical mode (rotary control in the left position): To turn on, press the tactical button at the end of the light, for immediate activation, hold the button. The lamp is always activated in the highest mode. To activate the strobe, hold down the button for 0.8 seconds (it also works in the off state). Holding down will return the lamp to its original mode. Press the button to turn off the lamp.
Service mode (rotary control in the right position): To turn on, press the tactical button at the end of the lamp, for immediate activation, hold the button. The lamp remembers the last selected mode (except stroboscope). Lighting modes (except stroboscope) can be changed cyclically by pressing the button. To activate the strobe, hold the button for 0.8 seconds (even from the off state). By squeezing, the lamp returns to its original mode. Press the button to turn off the lamp.
In the middle position of the rotary controller, it is possible to lock the control button. If the light is off, it cannot be turned on. If it is on, the control will be locked in the currently set lighting mode and the control button will not respond. To reactivate the tactical button, it is necessary to turn the controller to tactical or service mode.
When using the cable switch, only the highest constant light mode is available.
Intelligent protection against overheating - when the temperature of the lamp exceeds 60 °C, it will automatically reduce the output in successive steps until the temperature drops below the safe limit. After cooling below 60 °C, full power can be used again.
Warning of an exhausted battery - the lamp will gradually automatically switch to the lowest power and flash 3 times every five minutes.
Charging - remove the battery from the lamp and connect it to the side USB-C connector using a USB cable. During charging, the indicator light in the plus pole of the battery lights up red. When fully charged, it lights up blue or green. The charging current of the built-in USB-C connector is 2A. Charging time takes approximately 3-4 hours.
Warning
- Do not disassemble the sealed parts in the lamp head yourself, this will void the warranty.
- If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings must also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the lamp will be properly protected against water.
- If the light flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The battery is dead, charge it.
- The contacts inside the lamp are clogged - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
- The back part of the lamp is loose, tighten it.
