Patizon R 300 sleeping bag

A small, lightweight, packable, summer down sleeping bag that offers plenty of space, comfortable material, and a simplified hood that can still be pulled down to a full anatomical shape. Three hundred grams of recycled feathers, branded Toray material (100% recycled nylon), semi-automatic zipper and production - of course - in the Czech Republic. In short , a summer sleeping bag for anyone who cares about nature and wants a reliable partner with a great price/performance ratio.

Top-notch materials with an ecological impact

When making sleeping bags, only top-quality materials are selected, whose quality meets high requirements. At the same time, solutions that do not burden our planet are always taken into account. Therefore, the following materials were used in this series:

Toray Airtastic (100% pre-consumer recycled nylon) - leftover fabric from Toray mold production is reprocessed into raw polyamide and the final material is made from it. This process increases production efficiency and reuses material that is flawless and would otherwise end up in disposal.
GRS certified recycled down with a fill power of 650 cuin - the lifespan of a down product often ends with the lifespan of the textile part, but definitely not with the lifespan of the feather. The pen refill can be reused. The feathers obtained in this way go through the cleaning and sorting process again, just like completely new feathers. This creates an ecological insulating filling which, after sorting, has a given guaranteed filling capacity and still a very good service life. It is usually a mixture of goose and duck feathers

Hood and footbox

The wide and at the same time very well removable hood ensures two things - comfort on warm nights, the possibility to have the opening around the head comfortably open and airy, with the possibility of placing a comfortable pillow directly in the hood. Once the temperature drops, the hood can be very effectively positioned around the head to maximize the insulating capabilities.

Anatomically shaped footbox ensures comfort and thermal comfort for your feet. The chambers in the leg area are shaped in such a way that the pepper insulating filling spreads out so that it evenly surrounds the legs and does not step on it or compress it unnecessarily.

Product features

R-series sleeping bags are filled with higher quality recycled feathers with a GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certificate with a minimum fill power of 650 cuin.
We use top-quality Toray Airtastic material with a water-repellent DWR treatment (C6) and a weight of 38 g/m2 both inside and outside the sleeping bag.
This 100% nylon fabric is also eco-friendly. It is made from 100% recycled raw material
Long-term effectiveness of DWR treatment 80% after twenty wash cycles
Wider, comfortable sleeping bag cut and open hood construction with full drawcord
Sophisticated, one-handed adjustable inner collar in the shoulder/neck area prevents heat loss. Thanks to its unique design, it does not require additional Velcro, snap or magnet fastening.
Anatomically shaped footbox for maximum comfort and thermal comfort
Straight semi-automatic SHZ zipper with two sliders made of recycled nylon
The zipper is 3 mm thick instead of the classic 6 mm, to reduce heat loss and lower overall weight
Insulated thermal flap along the entire zipper eliminates heat loss and prevents the rider from getting stuck
The inner pocket measuring 20 x 12 cm will serve as a storage space for things you need to have at hand or protected from frost (batteries, medication, etc.)
"Z" chamber construction that guarantees sufficient insulation thickness in every position
Eyelets for hanging a sleeping bag (e.g. for drying or storage)
The insulation filling is distributed in the sleeping bag in a ratio of 50:50 (upper part: lower part)
The compression bag reduces the volume of the sleeping bag by up to 13 times. It is supplied with the sleeping bag.
A fabric storage bag is included with the sleeping bag.
