The size and shape also helps peripheral vision, which enhances driving safety.
The double lenses are made of a combination of polycarbonate (PC) and cellulose propionate (CP). The POC brand has them manufactured by the Zeiss company, which is a guarantee of their perfect optical properties. The lenses are treated against fogging and scratching and have ventilation holes that help air flow and reduce fogging of the glasses.
The frame with soft foam sits comfortably on the face and remains flexible even at extremely low temperatures.

Lens Spektris Blue
The variant with the Spektris Blue mirror lens is best used in partly cloudy weather (category S2, VLT 22%). The lens increases contrast and safely filters all harmful UV-A, B and C radiation and is manufactured for POC by the world-famous Carl Zeiss company.
Of course, there is also oleophobic and hydrophobic lens treatment, as well as anti-fog and anti-scratch treatment. Thanks to this, the lens does not fog up, it is better protected against scratches, water, snow, or dirt does not stick to it.
