Grivel G12 CrampOMatic EVO (w/Antibott) crampons
A lighter and more modern successor to the Grivel G12 cats.
- classic cats suitable for demanding high-altitude tourism, ascents on glaciers and easier climbing in ice and mixed routes
- compared to the Grivel G10 cats, they have sharper tips that penetrate hard ice better and have extended second tips
- chrome-molybdenum steel ensures high strength
- thanks to their design, the front spikes hold well in ice and snow and prevent slipping when traversing
- the rear spikes have several teeth and notches to ease descents on rough terrain
- the patented 3D Stamp metal processing technology was used during production (a process that increases the resistance and strength of each individual part of the cats several times)
- the Cramp-O-Matic quick-release system can only be used with very strong shoes with a groove on both the toe and the heel; it is quickly put on even when folded, it holds perfectly on the shoe
- asymmetrical shape for left and right leg
- the front and rear parts are connected by a VALTER BAR segment
- thanks to the holes in this clutch, the shoes can be easily and quickly adjusted to the size of the shoes; for a small shoe size, the coupling must be turned 180 degrees
- on the bottom part of the cats is the Antibott system (every time you step on it, the rubber part bends and this prevents snow from packing)
- the cats are easy to pack (the front and back parts are easy to slide into each other and the handles can be folded onto the cat's body thanks to the movable joint)
- supplied without packaging, we recommend the CRAMPON SAFE packaging
