Running insoles for shoes with a gel cushion under the heel, which ensures shock absorption on the heel bone. EVA material under the joints in the forefoot helps better bounce. Orthopedically shaped longitudinal arch support ensures greater stability for safe running. The arch support is flexible enough so that it does not restrict the natural movement of the foot during running. Antibacterial and washable surface.

How to use
- Select the original insert and cut your new Sidas insert accordingly
- Insert the new insole into the shoe
- Wash only with mild soap and a brush
- Do not dry on the radiator.
