Sidas Outdoor 3D insoles for shoes

Anatomically shaped insoles for outdoor shoes with 3D construction. Designed for mountain hiking and all outdoor activities where optimal foot support, breathability and comfort are required.

Sidas Outdoor 3D hiking shoe insoles have the most material under the heel, namely 9 mm. It is therefore advisable to test the insoles with the shoes to verify that the insole does not move the heel above the arch of the shoe in this area. If you hesitate, the manufacturer recommends choosing the Sidas 3Feet Outdoor model, which is lower on the heel and overall more sophisticated.

How to use
  • Select the original insert and cut your new Sidas insert accordingly
  • Insert the new insole into the shoe
  • Wash only with mild soap and a brush
  • Do not dry on the radiator. For better drying, use Therm-ic shoe dryers with flowing air
