Sidas ankle protectors
Silitene™ gel ankle protectors are specially designed to protect the ankle when skiing, alpine skiing, skating, and hiking.They effectively relieve pain caused by pressure and friction from shoes on the ankle.
Silitene™ is a breathable gel developed by SIDAS, it is water-washable and reusable. Thanks to its properties, it remains stationary on the skin, and can be adjusted as needed by cutting.
Tip:
If you have the greatest pressure point on the inside of your ankles (especially in hard footwear such as ski boots, skates, or hard mountain boots), it is possible that your foot is in an excessively pronated position (the ankle and subsequently the entire foot are tilted inward). In this case , we also recommend trying the anatomically shaped Sidas shoe insole with longitudinal arch support, which supports the foot and aligns its axial position to a certain extent, which can effectively limit pressure on the inside of the ankle.
