Sidas 3Feet Slim Mid insoles for shoes
Shaped insoles for shoes with a minimum of material under the front part of the foot, suitable for shoes with a small volume such as cycling shoes, cleats, skates, social shoes, or for everyday wear. Suitable for the middle arch of the foot.The front part of the insoles can be cut off (according to the marked line) and they can be made into "half" shoe insoles. You will appreciate if it is not possible to remove the original insert.
How to use
- Select the original insert and cut your new Sidas insert accordingly
- Insert the new insole into the shoe
- Wash only with mild soap and a brush
- Do not dry on the radiator. For better drying, use Therm-ic shoe dryers with flowing air

The material under the forefoot is only 2 mm and is suitable for shoes where there is not enough internal volume or for those with bulky feet who will appreciate the support of the longitudinal arch
