Sidas 3Feet Outdoor Mid insoles for shoes

Anatomical shoe inserts for feet with medium arches. Insoles with orthopedic longitudinal arch support are designed for hiking and regular walking, as well as all outdoor activities where optimal foot support, breathability and comfort are needed.

The 3Feet® concept, developed by Sidas, provides unparalleled comfort compared to a conventional insole. The shape of the shoe inserts is adjusted to the height of the arch of your foot, thus supporting proper posture and allowing the foot to maintain its natural shape.

New construction of outdoor inserts made of lightweight and breathable material
Insole construction adapted to the anatomy of the foot with a medium arch (3.1 cm)
The foot sits better in the shoe thanks to the heel cup
Large EVA cushion under the heel to absorb characteristic impacts on the heel bone
The insole, with its 3D construction, supports the longitudinal and transverse arches, optimally distributes pressure over the entire surface of the foot.
Perforation in the forefoot helps ventilate moisture in the shoe
Size and shape can be adjusted by trimming the tip
