Peltonen Supra X skate cross-country skis
Peltonen Elite skate skis with improved Nomex honeycomb core construction and newly shaped tip and tail allow for stable and comfortable cross-country skiing. The harder front part improves gliding properties when skiing uphill. The low-sag core design allows for better glide in all snow conditions. The skis are made with a new non-fluorine Nano High Speed base for improved glide at higher speeds.
The Supra X skates are also available with a Nano High Speed Wet base for wet conditions.
PELTONEN cross-country skis
Already in 1945, Peltonen started producing cross-country skis in Finland, thanks to the talented skier and craftsman Toivo Peltonen. Peltonen's history in cross-country skiing is as long as the history of the production of these skis - Toivo Peltonen used his own skis for racing, on which he won in regional races . The first Olympic medals on Peltonen skis were won in 1972 in Sapporo by JurijSkobov and Vladimir Voronko (USSR).
