COMPRESSPORT Ski Mountaineering Full knee socks, black/red
Winter compression knee socks developed primarily for ski mountaineering races. They are also suitable for ski touring, cross-country skiing or downhill skiing.
The soft and flexible fibers used offer maximum support in the most demanding conditions. Multi-stage compression designed from the foot towards the calf offers improved blood flow, thereby also improving muscle oxygenation. Muscle vibrations are thus reduced, which limits its damage and delays the onset of fatigue during exerted effort.
The thickness of the material is optimized by weaving thermoregulation and ventilation areas into the front and back of the sock. All this for the fastest possible removal of moisture and at the same time keeping warm during the descents.
The iconic 3D points not only increase the grip on the shoe, but also provide a micro-massage during the performance itself. 360° arch support prevents unpleasant twisting of the fabric during activity and at the same time reduces the risk of blisters.
The front part of the knee socks is woven in the shape of a mountain, which ensures easy protection of the shins against the pressure from shoes. The knee socks also have specific elements to protect the ankles.
Reinforced heel and toe areas improve comfort, thermoregulation and adhesion to the shoe.
