Insulating shorts for thighs and buttocks on a ski tour in breaks, for descent and in extreme weather conditions also for ascent
We designed and made these lightweight insulating shorts from only the highest quality materials. The light and elastic 2-layer membrane hides a unique thermal insulation material. Active insulation Polartec® Alpha® Direct version offers excellent thermal comfort and has one of the highest vapor permeability values on the market.
Its use significantly reduces the weight of these shorts, as it does not need an inner lining and its fibers touch the base layer of clothing directly. Polartec® Alpha® Direct easily deals with excess moisture and ensures a pleasant body climate. The membrane is windproof and waterproof (10,000 mm / 10,000 g/ m2 / 24h).
The shorts reach to the knees and reliably warm the entire thighs. The belt is elastic, and the seat panel is made of fleece to increase movement and thermal comfort. Full-length zippers on the sides allow you to easily put on the shorts directly over the pants. You will feel their effect practically immediately.
