GEAR AID GA SEAM GRIP +FC glue, 60 ml
SEAM GRIP+FC is a water-based product for sealing the seams of fabrics with a polyurethane coating that should be completely waterproof. It comes in a 60ml plastic bottle with a brush applicator. It makes it possible to create a continuous thin layer of polyurethane rubber for impregnating threads, sealing seams (also in sewing corners) and sealing places pierced by a sewing needle. It makes it possible to achieve 100% waterproofing of seams on all types of fabrics (including coated ones) and all types of breathable membranes. It is suitable for use in the production and repair of clothing, footwear, tents, boat bags, etc. The created film is matte, almost invisible, the time for drying and complete polymerization is approximately 2 hours at room temperature. Cannot be used to seal cracks.
Instructions for use. The preparation is applied to the repaired seam in a thin layer directly using a brush. If a thicker layer is required, repeat the application after the previous layer has completely dried. The polymerization time is approximately 2 hours. Before folding the tent in which we sealed the seams, we check whether the sealant is no longer sticking.
