- Trace your foot in sports socks on a sheet of paper while standing.
- Measure from your longest toe to your heel.
- Do the same for the other leg and compare the measurements to the size chart to get the correct size.
- For tight or narrow feet, go one size down. For a loose fit or wide feet, go one size up.
