They were designed to support the evolving condition of the legs during long performance. For long distances, muscle fatigue causes expansion and lengthening of the foot, stretching of the tendons and a more sensitive heel. Therefore, together with athletes from the Sidas Matryx team, a new line of socks has been developed that functions as an exoskeleton and alleviates the consequences of foot muscle fatigue during long-distance races.
The socks can offer compression straps on the heel and metatarsals to prevent injury and fatigue, breathability around the foot to prevent sweat build-up, two grip strips to improve the synergy between the sock and the sole, In&Out construction for more precision and better feel, reflective strip for better visibility when running at night.
Another plus is good moisture removal and odor reduction thanks to Polygiene technology. This treatment, which uses naturally occurring micro-particles of silver salt, prevents the spread and growth of bacteria and reduces odors from activities. Thanks to this technology, the socks will stay fresh longer and also last longer.
The socks are made in a tight style, if you prefer comfort, choose a larger size.
