Karpos Alagna Evo ski pants are designed to provide an optimal balance between protection, thermal insulation and breathability. The use of high-quality materials and technical elements ensures high comfort during long ski mountaineering ascents as well as downhill. They are the ideal solution for those looking for trousers that can handle demanding conditions, but are also light and comfortable.
- The main part of the pants is made of elastic and thermally insulating polyamide fabric, which provides the necessary warmth while maintaining excellent breathability. The material is designed to effectively protect against the cold while allowing moisture to wick away, increasing comfort during active movement.
- The trousers are equipped with durable panels made of Cordura® material at the bottom. This material provides exceptional tear and wear resistance, which is important when in contact with sharp edges of skis and other equipment. This protection extends the life of the trousers and ensures their long-term functionality even in demanding conditions.
- The elastic belt is equipped with an adjustable drawstring that allows for individual adjustment of the belt circumference as needed. This detail increases comfort during long ascents, when it is important that the pants fit well without restricting movement.
- To increase thermal comfort, the pants are equipped with an additional insulated lining in the knee area. This element is essential for longer ascents in cold weather, when it is necessary to protect the knees from the cold while ensuring full range of motion.
- The lower part of the pants is equipped with a zipper and an internal wedge, which allows easy adjustment of the width of the pants. This detail is designed so that the pants can be easily worn over ski or ski mountaineering boots. It also ensures that the pants stay firmly in place, which contributes to overall comfort and functionality.
- To increase safety during ski mountaineering expeditions in low light conditions, the pants contain reflective elements on the back. These details improve visibility, which is especially important in the morning or evening, when light conditions deteriorate.
- On the back of the pants there is a practical pocket with a zipper, which is ideal for storing small items such as keys, energy bars or other necessities. This bag is designed to be easily accessible, yet secure enough to protect valuables.
