The speed suit is FIS approved, so it can be used at all official competitions. The suit is made from a new, more durable fabric and is less prone to catching and accumulating damage with the velcro on the shin and forearm protectors.
Skin GS JR has built-in protectors in the arms, hips and legs. Designed for use with body armor, this speed suit works seamlessly with POC VPD back protectors and armor.
Both Resistance Layer JR and Base Armor JR with Dyneema® protective base layers are designed to fit under the Skin GS and increase protection against lacerations. Drawstrings on the bottoms of the trousers and longer sleeves with thumbholes keep the suit in place as the body moves.
DWR treatment to protect against light snow or rain showers.
