Muc-Off Rain Shield Re-proofer creates a top water repellent layer on all types of technical clothing. It is an easy-to-use "spray" waterproofing treatment designed to restore production performance levels on all waterproof and breathable materials.

It uses the latest technology to reduce the surface tension of the fabric and provides the best waterproofness without affecting the breathability of the fabric. It also helps protect against mud and dried stains. And the best? It is safe for the environment because it is water-based and does not contain PFCs!

Our state-of-the-art "spray" formulation provides unrivaled protection within 24 hours of treatment. After application, the water will drip and drain, so you are protected so that you can go crazy even in the harshest conditions.

Can be used on any technical or waterproof / water repellent fabric including Goretex®, Polartec®, Pertex®, eVent®, softshell clothing, hardshell clothing and down clothing

Treat 1-2 pieces of clothing per bottle

Application:
1. Shake the bottle well before use to activate the product.
2. Spray on clean, damp clothing from a distance of 10-15 cm until the clothing is completely treated. (We recommend using a technical wash to clean the garment before application. Always follow the washing instructions on the label.) We recommend spraying in a well-ventilated, dry place.
3. Remove excess treatment with a clean cloth.
4. Let it work. Hang in the air and allow to dry overnight before putting the garment back in the wet.
5. The effectiveness of the treated technical clothing gradually disappears over time during normal wearing and washing, therefore we recommend renewing the application every 3 months depending on wear and washing. All waterproof clothing needs to be taken care of in order to work as well as possible. The use of a conventional household cleaner will eventually break the water repellent layer due to the heavy surfactants in these products. If you notice that the water no longer repels on the surface of the garment and seeps into the fabric, it is time to refresh with a re-proofer. For best results, apply to clean, damp clothing.
