The Mountain Equipment SENJA WOMEN'S JACKET is a golden mean. It is not the lightest, but it appeals to you with its resistance to abrasion and weather and offers really enough thermal insulation for normal alpine and Tatra conditions. The 700 cuin down is protected by a waterproof DRILITE® Loft 40 D membrane, so wet snow or drizzle don't stand a chance.

DRILITE® Loft 40 D - resistant to water and wind

DRILITE® Loft 40D is a strong and light waterproof surface material with a PU coating. It is highly breathable and resistant to water and wind. It also has a water-repellent DWR treatment on the surface, which further contributes to keeping the feathers dry even in wet conditions. The feathers are thus protected from getting wet, and thus also from losing their heat-insulating properties. Thanks to its water resistance and low weight, the feathers maintain a high loft for maximum thermal insulation in any conditions.

Quality duck feathers with 700+ fill

Very high-quality duck feathers originating from China contain at least 90% down, its filling is at least 700 cuin and meets the ethical DOWN CODEX®. The feathers are gently cleaned with water without chemical treatment. This destroys mites and the environment for their life, which will be appreciated by allergy sufferers. Feathers retain their important fatness and loft, are packable well, have high insulation and low weight.

Pen with DRILITE ® Loft 40 D waterproof material

The outer fabric of the down jacket SENJA WOMEN'S JACKET is made of polyamide material DRILITE ® Loft 40 D, which protects the feathers from getting wet and thus also from losing thermal insulation properties. At the same time, this material enables the maximum loft (inflating the chambers) of the feathers, which significantly supports the thermal insulation properties.
Each chamber is individually filled with down with a minimum ratio of 90/10 with an excellent filling capacity of 700 cuin. The last chamber has a special shape that closes the space around the waist and minimizes heat loss. The lower hem can still be pulled down with the help of ingenious laces, the use of which is really intuitive. In total, the jacket contains 195 g of down, which is enough to serve on really cold days in the mountains. Therefore, do not be afraid to take it to the demanding conditions of the European mountains. SENJA WOMEN'S JACKET will be appreciated by all mountaineers or lovers of high-altitude tourism who need extra warmth and at the same time want to avoid wetting the feathers, which deteriorates the insulating properties.

Mountain HC hood - helmet compatible

The hood with an elastic hem is easily adjustable with the help of a back pull with an elastic cord and a plastic clip. Fits well with or without a helmet. The drawstrings of the hood are sewn into the channels so that they don't bother you in the wind.
