Down parkas Mountain Equipment LIGHTLINE WOMEN'S PARKA is designed with the needs of the female body in mind. This extended version of the down jacket LIGHTLINE JACKET combined with 275 g of high-quality feathers and robust, water-resistant surface material DRILITE® LOFT 40D makes it a really excellent and practical down parka that will keep you warm even on the coldest winter days. The great removable hood will guarantee you even more protection against frost and blizzards.

DRILITE® Loft 40 D - resistant to water and wind
DRILITE® Loft 40D is a strong and light waterproof surface material with a PU coating. It is highly breathable and resistant to water and wind. It also has a water-repellent DWR treatment on the surface, which further contributes to keeping the feathers dry even in wet conditions. The feathers are thus protected from getting wet, and thus also from losing their heat-insulating properties. Thanks to its water resistance and low weight, the feathers maintain a high loft for maximum thermal insulation in any conditions.

Quality duck feathers with 700+ fill
Very high-quality duck feathers from China contain at least 90% down, its filling is at least 700 cuin and meets the ethical DOWN CODEX®. The feathers are gently cleaned with water without chemical treatment. This destroys mites and the environment for their life, which will be appreciated by allergy sufferers. The feathers retain their important fatness and loft, are packable well, have high insulation and low weight.

Pen with DRILITE® Loft 40 D waterproof material
The outer fabric of the down parka LIGHTLINE WOMEN'S PARKA is made of polyamide material DRILITE® Loft 40 D, which protects the feathers from getting wet and thus from losing thermal insulation properties. At the same time, due to its lightness, this material enables maximum loft (inflating the chambers) of the feathers, which significantly supports the thermal insulation properties. At the same time, the LIGHTLINE WOMEN'S PARKA uses thicker fabric, which is very durable and does not risk easy tearing.

Each chamber is individually filled with down with a minimum ratio of 90/10 with an excellent filling capacity of 700 cuin. In total, the parka contains 275 g, which is enough to provide superior thermal comfort even in sub-freezing temperatures.

Removable hood
The fully adjustable, removable hood with a zipper is equipped with a visor and is sewn from three panels for the best possible fit. On the inside, there is a waterproof DRILITE® LOFT surface material. The feathers stay dry even if snow falls into your hood. The drawstrings of the hood are sewn into the channels so that they don't bother you in the wind.
