Mountain Equipment Switch vest
The SWITCH VEST is a very light middle layer of hybrid construction with excellent Octayarn Wrap-knit thermal insulation on the chest and Pontetorto® Tecnostretch fleece on the back and sides. You can wear the SWITCH VEST in the morning during cold ascents or put it on during downtime during the ascent. It will also serve great as an insulating layer during frosty descents.
- The upper material is lightweight Nylon 20D RS, which is stretchy, breathable and wind-resistant, treated with water-resistant DWR treatment without FC content.
- Octayarn Wrap-knit - warm lining with long pile - exceptional insulation, breathability and comfort.
- Pontetorto ® Tecnostretch 187 fleece knit used for back and side panels.
- Active Fit – narrow and perfectly fitting cut for active and unrestricted fast movement.
- Flat seams for great comfort when worn directly on the body.
- Full opening YKK ® zipper.
- Two insulated side pockets and one chest pocket with zipper.
- Elastic bottom hem.
- Packable in its own pocket, you can attach it to the seat with a carabiner using two loops

As the name itself suggests, SWITCH MEN'S VEST is intended for rapid changes in climatic conditions. Definitely pack it for winter mountaineering or ski touring and ski alpinism.
