Hoddevik Wool High Neck is a unisex wool sweater from Devold. The wool sweater is part of Devold's Original collection, a series of warm, traditional sweaters, knitted with patterns taken from Devold's archives. Originally, these sweaters were made for fishermen and other workers who were exposed to the harsh climate along the Norwegian coast.

Unisex wool sweater
Since this is a unisex wool sweater, you have to take this into account when choosing a size. We generally recommend ladies size down as unisex sizes are roughly the same as men's sizes. By the way, the sweater is also made of 100% pure, new wool, which feels somewhat "rougher" to wear than, for example, softer woolen underwear. This makes the sweater more durable and durable and better able to withstand the elements and wind than is possible with a knitted sweater.

Norse company Devold produces wool base layers. In 1853, Ole Andreas Devold founded this company in Ålesund. A tradition dating back as this one is unique - it is surely the oldest producer of the wool base layer in the world. Devold's base layers range from the light collection ''Breeze'' (which is best for the warmer months and sweatier activities) to the ''Expedition'' collection (best for very cold conditions). Other than base layers for every activity, they also make sweaters, headwear, gloves, socks and more.
