If you want to be hydrated during your workout without taking in extra calories, you don't have to drink only water. With PowerBar 5 Electrolytes, you can make your own hypotonic drink with minimal calorie content.

Unlike water, these soluble tablets contain the 5 main electrolytes in the same proportion as they are lost during sweating. Ideal for basic endurance training or to stay hydrated during exercise and not take in extra carbohydrates and calories.
