Recommended dosage: on the day of physical activity, 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules approximately 40 minutes before physical activity. Use as needed during exercise. In case of difficulties and preparation for performance, supplement 2 days in advance in a dose of 5 capsules per day. Maximum daily dose: 5 capsules. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
Use: according to the recommended dosage, swallow the capsules gradually and drink a sufficient amount of water. Alcoholic and dairy drinks are not suitable. Do not bite the capsule! After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 ° C and consume within 2 months.
