Each ampoule of Super Magnesium Liquid® contains 280 mg of magnesium and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6. Ideal to use especially after training and during the regeneration phase. Magnesium is an essential mineral that is more important for the health of the body. It acts against fatigue, supports muscle activity and participates in protein biosynthesis and the functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.Warning: Nutritional supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Use during pregnancy is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of small children. Store in a cool and dry place.
