Electrolytes enable gradual absorption of received energy into the body and high-quality hydration.

Together with 0.5 l of water, the tablet supplements the nutritional values of sodium (320 mg) and potassium (55 mg) during daily sports activities with a refined ratio. One tablet in a drink ensures optimal hydration for an hour of competition or training. The tablets are free of artificial acids and calories (only 10 cal), sweetened with stevia (originally a South American plant, a natural cardiotonic, calorie-free, yet with a high sugar content 320 times higher than beet sugar, expands blood vessels and optimizes blood sugar levels; at the same time, it helps energy transfer and water to the muscles).

Does not contain gluten.
Use: put 1 tablet and 0.5 l of water in the bottle, leave the cap open, when the tablet dissolves, close the bottle.
