Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid, which means that the human body can produce (synthesize) it itself. It is formed by the metabolic transformation of glutamic acid. It is an important part of proteins, especially muscle proteins, in which it represents up to 60% of all amino acids. Purpose: Suitable for increased physical performance. Glutamine is the most represented amino acid in muscle cells - up to 60%. Its high consumption occurs during physical and mental exertion. It is used for the construction of white blood cells and is therefore necessary for the immune system and regeneration. It increases the level of growth hormone and the growth of muscle mass. It increases glycogen reserves, thus ensuring the protection of muscle proteins. It contributes to the absorption of nutrients from food. The natural sweetener Stevia was used in this product. Sweet stevia extract is suitable as a complete substitute for beet sugar. It has zero calories and zero glycemic index.

Glutamine is suitable not only for athletes in any sports activities, but thanks to the advantages mentioned above, it is also suitable for people who work physically and mentally hard, as it helps the regeneration of the body, strengthens immunity and participates in several physiological processes in the body.

Use and dosage: With normal body weight, no more than 2 level coffee spoons per day, preferably in cycles of two weeks intake, two weeks break. With increased body weight, infections and stress, up to 5 level coffee spoons per day, possible even without a break in use, preferably on an empty stomach. The preparation is used for 30-60 min. before exercise, during it or immediately after it ends or at any time during the day. In case of poor tolerance, it can be taken after a meal. For non-sporting people, it is best used before going to bed. The powder can be dissolved in a suitable drink.

Warning: Not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage: Store away from sunlight, in a dry place and at a temperature of up to 25°C. Close the package immediately after taking the necessary amount. Cold and dark storage extends the product's shelf life.
