Pepto Pro, enzymatically hydrolyzed casein, is the fastest and best absorbable protein because it contains more than 80% peptides that are under 300 daltons. PeptoPro significantly increases insulin secretion, which leads to better utilization of glucose and amino acids by muscle cells. Nitrogen retention is highest with milk peptides, higher than with free amino acids or intact proteins. This means that the amino acids from Pepto Pro milk peptides are absorbed better and faster. They have a higher bioavailability for protein synthesis than amino acids from normal protein and free amino acids. It contains a very high amount of branched-chain amino acids BCAA and Glutamine, which act during exercise as protection of muscle mass and protection against its breakdown and are a very effective aid in shortening the recovery time after exercise.
Another advantage is excellent digestibility, which will be appreciated by people who have problems digesting other proteins. Due to its content, it is suitable after training, where immediate regeneration of damaged muscle fibers is needed. Production degree of hydrolysis 20%.

Use and dosage: Caseine Peptide can be dosed at 20g in the morning on an empty stomach or immediately after training. The recommended daily dose is mixed in approximately 2 dcl of water. Use in milk is not recommended, as it changes the nature of the product and its absorbability.
Warning: Not intended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Contains a source of phenylalanine, unsuitable for people suffering from phenylketonuria, kidney damage. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Allergens: milk, lactose.
Storage: Store out of the reach of children and sunlight, in a dry place and at a temperature of up to 25°C. Close the package immediately after taking the necessary amount. Cold and dark storage extends the product's shelf life.
