Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid, which means that the human body can produce (synthesize) it itself. It is formed by the metabolic transformation of glutamic acid. It is an important part of proteins, especially muscle proteins, in which it represents up to 60% of all amino acids.
Purpose: Suitable for increasing physical performance. A supplement supporting the formation of muscles containing branched-chain amino acids. When administered before performance, they increase energy and strength. During exercise, they save muscle glycogen and reduce the formation of lactic acid. Administered after exercise, they improve muscle regeneration and increase the body's positive nitrogen balance. They increase the secretion of growth hormone. BCAA in instant form dissolves very well. In combination with L-Carnitine, their effectiveness increases.
Ingredients: blueberry flavor: BCAA 2:1:1 instant (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine in a 2:1:1 ratio), citric acid (E330), silicon dioxide (E551), sour cherry aroma, sweetener sucralose (E955), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin (E322).
