Protein powder SIS Rego Rapid Recovery+ is a completely redesigned regeneration product. After prolonged or intensive exercise, it serves to replenish the energy supply and supports muscle regeneration. It contains a mixture of carbohydrates, whey proteins, BCAA, L-glutamine with vitamins and minerals. Quickly replenishing your glycogen stores and protein will help you maximize your training and prepare you for the next workouts.Use: Consume 1 x 70 g portion (3 scoops) of REGO Rapid Recovery+ within 30 minutes of finishing a tough training/race. Mix with 500 ml of water, mixing with milk will slow down protein absorption. It is recommended not to exceed more than three servings per day.
