Micellar CASEIN is intended for: strength athletes who require high-quality protein intake at night, for building muscle mass, for reduction diets, or even ketogenic diets.
Recommended dosage of the product Micellar CASEIN: mix a dose of 45 g in 450 ml of water. We recommend consuming 1 dose before going to bed. You can also take protein if you expect a longer break between meals.
Usage: 15 g = 1 measuring cup. Measure and mix in a shaker according to the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
