Recommended dosage of the MASS GAIN product: mix a dose of 70 g in 300 ml of water. We recommend consuming immediately after training.
Use a maximum of 2 times a day, taking into account the composition of the menu. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
Usage: 28 g = 1 measuring cup. Measure and mix in a shaker according to the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25°C and consume within 3 months.
